Mental health can effect your health like anxiety, depression and stress. It can be cause by moments in your life; moments if you are worried, sad for someone or something and stressed form house work or working late night.

Do you think you are fit. To find the answer we use a calculation called BMI. It is to measure if you are fit according by your weight and height. Start by measuring your weight and height, then divide kg with cm. There are many other ways to calculate if you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese. For athletes it will not work many will be obese it is because their body is build up for sports. Obesity is not only by their physical appearance some can be a lot heavier than they look.
