Obesity is the most common thing for people around the world, but it can effect them badly. Most people didn't notice that they are obese or gaining weight fast. They take in a lot of sweet and greasy foods. They can also get fat by laziness, depression or stressed which make them eat. To prevent it and to make your health better is to have a better lifestyle. For example exercise more often work less and get more exercise. Parents especially parents intend to feed their children a lot thinking their growing. There are about 30% of people that are obese.

Obesity is increasing rapidly around the world. People think it's ok or not so bad to be a fat person, but it's a very bad thing. It is a common disease that most people have. In Malaysia 3 million individuals are obese and 5 million suffer of diabetes. If obesity is encountered they will find difficulties in being obese.
